Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Chief Stewardess to join a 30m motor yacht operating privately with charter potential. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and service skills, the ability to implement structure and standards, and a hands-on approach to maintaining an immaculate interior.
This role suits a professional who can work independently, elevate the onboard service level, and set the tone for a well-run interior department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and presentation of the yacht’s interior.
- Assess current onboard standards and implement improved procedures, checklists, and inventories.
- Maintain and update detailed inventories for all guest and crew areas.
- Manage provisioning, laundry, housekeeping, and service with precision.
- Deliver five-star guest service with attention to detail and discretion.
- Support other departments when needed, ensuring smooth teamwork and communication onboard.
- Prepare the yacht for owner visits and guest trips, ensuring readiness and a high level of presentation.
- Assist in galley duties as needed — including preparing simple, healthy meals for crew or the owner.
- Enforce cleanliness, organization, and proper etiquette across all interior operations.
Requirements:
- Previous Chief Stew experience on yachts of similar size (30–40m).
- Strong background in guest service, interior organization, and provisioning.
- Ability to create and manage inventories, SOPs, and service standards from the ground up.
- Confident multitasker with high attention to detail and initiative.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
