A 43m Private / Charter Motor Yacht is looking for a First Mate to join their crew of 8.
The yacht is a reputable charter yacht in Australia and the South Pacific.
They are looking for professional and proactive crew that want to provide the ultimate guest experiences onboard.
Any experience in watersports, diving, or fishing experiences will be a real bonus for this busy charter yacht.
POSITION: First Mate
LOCATION: Far North Queensland
START DATE: November 2025
QUALIFICATIONS: AMSA Master 5/ Yachtmaster + STCW, Seafarers medical
ITINERARY: Australia - South Pacific Islands
SALARY: AUD$100K taxed + super + annual leave (Salary Guide only) + Charter tips
CONTRACT: Permanent, Full time, Live aboard
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 years as a Mate onboard similar sized vessels, charter experience highly regarded.
- Ability to manage and mentor a small deck team, plus proactive in assisting the Captain in the bridge.
- Experienced in watersports, and a natural on the water.
- Positive personality with a strong work ethic and a team player.
