An internationally cruising superyacht is seeking a Deckhand to join its dynamic team. This is a structured, career-focused program offering rotational opportunities, global travel, and an exceptional entry point into the world of luxury yachting.
LOCATION: South Pacific
ITINERARY: World Travelling
START DATE: November 2025 to January 2026
SALARY: €3,000 - €3,600 per month DOE
CONTRACT: Rotational 3:1
CERTIFICATES:
-STCW
-Seafarers Medical
-PBL2, Coxswains
-Yachtmaster (an advantage)
DUTIES & SKILLS:
- Tender experience
- Confident, and capable with deck & maintenance operations
- Willing to continue to learn from Senior Deck Crew
- Enjoys interacting with both guests and crew
- Fishing, diving or watersports skills and experience will be advantageous for this operation
- Respectful, loyal and hardworking
- Great team player – large deck team
- Previous experience of at least one year in the marine industry
