We are looking for a strong and motivated individual to lead and support the deck team while also holding bridge watch responsibilities and manoeuvres.
Requirements:
OOW <3000GT or near completion. Yacht Master (essential)
EU Passport mandatory (due to Dutch immigration rules)
Large tender driving and maintenance skills
Watersports experience and PWC license (essential)
Proven leadership on deck and a proactive work ethic
Strong Deck maintenance and repairs experience (Paint, varnish, teak, caulking...)
Proficient with ISM and large cranes operation
Great Package: SEA with 60 days leave, salary (DOE and skills), insurance, cruise program, travel allowance
