Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sous/2nd Chef to join our team on a 52m motor yacht in the Virgin Islands. In this temporary role, you will collaborate closely with the head chef to prepare and present high-quality meals for guests and crew, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and dietary requirements. Responsibilities include assisting in menu planning, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
