Licence: Chief Mate 3000, STCW advanced and basic. Medical fitness. All valid for min. 6 months
Job Description: The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role on yachts of comparable size, with strong navigation and safety management skills. Leadership qualities are essential to supervise the deck crew and support the Captain. Excellent organisational and administrative abilities are required, along with a hands-on approach and willingness to assist on deck when needed.
Contract: Permanent with 60 days leave per year
Salary: 8,500 USD per month.
