We are seeking an experienced and professional Captain for a 3-month temporary contract aboard a private yacht.

Contract Duration: 3 months (temporary)
Requirements:
- Valid captain’s license and necessary maritime certifications
- Previous experience commanding similar-sized yachts
- Strong leadership, navigation, and communication skills
- Fluent in English (Italian or French is a plus)
- Availability to start soon
Responsibilities:
- Safe navigation and operation of the yacht
- Overseeing crew and ensuring excellent onboard service
- Managing maintenance, safety, and compliance standards
- Coordinating itineraries and guest experiences
