Chief Stewardess – 85m Private & Charter – Dual Season
We’re looking for a confident and capable Chief Stewardess to join this exceptional 85m private and charter yacht. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who knows how to set the tone onboard, someone who leads from the front with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine team spirit.
You’ll bring solid Chief Stew experience on vessels 70m+, with a proven ability to manage a large interior team, maintain impeccable standards, and ensure seamless service across both private and charter operations. The Captain is looking for someone who’s hands-on with training and guidance, approachable yet firm when needed, and confident in running a busy, high-level programme.
The yacht runs a dual-season itinerary, currently based in Europe and due to cross to the Caribbean soon.
Start Date: 1st December
Salary: €7,000 (increasing after probation)
Rotation: 2:2
Itinerary: Med / Caribbean
