An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Head Housekeeper to join a fully staffed private residence in Mayfair, delivering the highest level of service and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a team of 4–5 housekeepers, ensuring immaculate presentation throughout the property.
- Hands-on cleaning, care of fine furnishings, antiques, fabrics, and delicate surfaces.
- Full laundry and wardrobe management, including packing/unpacking and garment care.
- Manage inventories, supplies, and liaise with external contractors when required.
- Support table service and assist with private events.
- Maintain household routines and coordinate with wider household staff.
- Uphold strict discretion and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior housekeeping role within a private UHNW household or luxury hotel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of specialist cleaning and laundry techniques.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to accommodate the household’s schedule, including occasional weekends.
- Right to work in the UK and verifiable private household references.
