We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Chef to join this +40m Private/Charter MY.
Someone ready to bring creativity, consistency, and excellence to a dual-season program. Candidate will be integral part of a tight-knit crew and expected to work with autonomy, flexibility, and professionalism. The Owner values trust, quality, and strong crew dynamics.
The ideal candidate is with a with a positive, hands-on, and proactive approach and strong longevity on yachts of a similar size. Strong foundation in Mediterranean cuisine (Italian, French, Greek, Spanish), capable of designing and executing menus tailored to private and charter guests, including dietary adaptations. Skilled in provisioning, budgeting, and managing galley operations.
We're looking for someone willing to stay long-term. High standards are essential.
Yacht will be based in Newport, Rhode Island during the winter. Early 2026 Caribbean season and Spring 2026 crossing to the Mediterranean (South of France or Italy)
Fluent English. Non-Smokers. No Visible Tattoos.
