Summary

We are seeking an experienced and confident 2nd Stewardess to join a 40-meter new build motor yacht on a temporary contract running from November 20th through approximately mid-January 2026. Candidates must hold a U.S. Passport or U.S. Green Card to be considered for this opportunity.

The vessel has two confirmed charters during this period, so the ideal candidate must be confident stepping into an active program and capable of delivering high standards of service from the outset. The 2nd Stewardess will act as the right hand to the Chief Stewardess, maintaining the elevated standards of the interior. The successful individual will bring a positive, team-oriented attitude, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Candidates must hold excellent written and verbal references and be ready to integrate quickly into a professional and fast-paced environment.

Itinerary: Winter 2025 – Caribbean

Embarkation: November 20th – Martinique

Disembarkation: Mid-January 2026

Start Date: Immediate

Compensation: $4,000–$4,500 per month (DOE)

Leave: 38 Days Annually (pro-rated for contract period)

Skills and Attributes Required:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Knowledge of wine, cocktail, and silver service

• Proficiency in table settings, theme parties, and floral arrangements

• Charismatic, professional, and team-oriented

• Proven previous charter experience

• High level of presentation and attention to detail

Qualifications Required:

• STCW with PDSD

• Food and Hygiene Level 2

• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate

Valid US Passport or US Green Card

Non-smoker / No visible tattoos

Females only due to cabin arrangements
