Job Opportunity: Temporary Sous Chef 62m Charter Yacht
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous chef to join a busy, dual-season 62m charter motor yacht, which is based in West Palm Beach between seasons. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented culinary professional to join a dynamic team on a vessel with an excellent reputation. The position is temporary and can be permanent for the right candidate.
You’ll be working alongside a fantastic head chef, and the crew are easy-going with minimal dietary requirements, making for an enjoyable working environment.
Position Details:
- Position: Sous chef
 - Leave: 73
 - Start Date: Late August
 - Current Location: West Palm Beach
 - Itinerary: 2 Charters booked for the Caribbean and then off to the shipyard for 3 months
 - Salary: Competitive (TBC based on experience)
 - Yacht Size: 62m motor yacht
 - Base Location Between Seasons: West Palm Beach, FL
 - Owner Use: Approximately four short trips annually
 
Requirements:
- Ideally 1 years experience on yachts
 - Strong culinary background
 - Able to cook for 16 hungry crew members with a healthy variety
 - Team player with a positive and flexible attitude
 - B1/B2 in hand
