Visa: B1/B2 in hand. If already in the US, you must be fully compliant with your B1 visa.
Key Responsibilities
Create, plan and execute high-end menus for the owners, with gourmet presentation and attention to detail.
Manage provisioning in South Florida & Bahamas, sourcing top quality ingredients, even in less accessible ports.
Handle galley budget, inventory, stock control, food storage and hygiene standards.
Adapt to dietary requirements and special requests (allergies, bespoke diets, wellness menus).
Maintain galley standards, food safety compliance, certifications and sanitation protocols.
Collaborate closely with other departments (interior, deck, captain) in a high-profile, discreet service environment.
Operate with professionalism, discretion and luxury-service mindset in close proximity to highnet‐worth individuals.
Required Qualifications
Professional culinary education and proven experience as a chef in high-end restaurants or luxury yachts/private service.
Significant experience (preferably 5+ years) in yacht or luxury hospitality environments.
Broad repertoire of cuisines, modern culinary techniques, fine presentation, and ability to customise menus.
Experience with international provisioning, vendor relationships, sourcing in Caribbean/US region.
Strong budget management, inventory control and cost-conscious provisioning.
Excellent communication, organisational skills, flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a small high-performing team.
Willingness to travel during Thanksgiving & Christmas and operate within the given program.
