We’re seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join the galley team aboard a prestigious 60m+ private/charter motor yacht. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional cuisine to both guests and crew in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Position: Sous Chef

Location: Mediterranean / Caribbean
Salary: DOE 3/1 Rotation
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in daily operations of the galley for guests and crew.
 - Plan and execute high-quality, diverse menus with strong presentation and flavour balance.
 - Maintain impeccable galley hygiene, stock control, and provisioning standards.
 - Contribute to smooth service flow during guest meals and events.
 - Step up confidently in the Head Chef’s absence when required.
 
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Sous Chef or strong Crew Chef on a 50m+ yacht.
 - Culinary training or equivalent restaurant background (fine dining preferred).
 - Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
 - Knowledge of dietary restrictions and world cuisines.
 - Valid STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2 or higher.
 - Ships cook certificate
