Bosun in Malta

Summary

Experienced Bosun required immediately for 75m+ private motor yacht.

• Single season cruising, Mediterranean based.
• British Captain and multinational crew who have a good camaraderie and dynamic.
• Qualifications and certificates required as minimum: Yacht Master Offshore, STCW, ENG1, PDSD.
• Responsible for leading a team of 4 deck crew, anchoring, tender driving, owner set up etc

Start: ASAP in Malta

• Salary: Paid in USD $4,750
• Leave: 38 days per year
• Flight allowance of $1,500 per year after 1 year of employment
• Training fund of $2,500 after 1 year of employment
• Annual discretionary bonus
• SEA contract
• Full Medical
• Access to onboard gym
