Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Deckhand to join an 80m motor yacht currently in Turkey for a winter refit. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one season of experience on a yacht of 40m or larger, hold a PB2 license, and preferably possess a B1B2 visa. Key responsibilities include assisting with yard work and maintaining the vessel throughout the five-month refit period. This is a permanent position requiring the candidate to reside ashore during the refit, with accommodation provided. The role offers a competitive starting salary of €3,250, increasing to €3,500 after a three-month probation period, alongside 60 days of leave and a €1,650 flight allowance after one year. Candidates must have EU or Schengen rights and be ready to support a collaborative crew environment on a well-established yacht, which is set to cruise in the Mediterranean and beyond following the refit incorporating Cape Town and the Indian Ocean
