Summary

We are seeking a skilled engineer to join a 30m sailing yacht currently located in Spain, with plans to cruise the Caribbean Sea. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all engineering systems onboard, ensuring the vessel operates efficiently and safely. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, conducting routine inspections, and managing inventory for spare parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine engineering, experience with sailing yachts, and the ability to work collaboratively with a small crew of four. A commitment to safety, effective communication skills, and the capability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment are essential. This is a permanent position for an individual who is ready to contribute to the successful operation of the yacht while enjoying the challenges of life at sea.
