Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Deckhand for a 100m+ yacht
Requirements
STCW certs & ENG1 In Date
PBL2
Instructor tickets a plus
Watersports background beneficial
B1B2 ideal not essential
Minimum 1 year experience on 50m+ yachts
Comfortable driving tenders
Duties
Assist in deck operations including mooring, anchoring, and tender operations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the exterior areas of the vessel. Assist with the maintenance of deck equipment and machinery.
Participate in water sports activities and provide assistance to guests as needed.
Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Start date: 25 November
Location: Europe
Salary: EUR 3500
Leave: 4:2
Currently in the shipyard until May 2026. Dual season.
