Summary
We are looking for a motivated and creative Crew / Sous Chef to join a busy 55m+ Explorer-style Private yacht.
This role has an exciting adventure-filled program featuring Central America, Patagonia, the U.S. West Coast, British Columbia, Alaska, Japan, and the Pacific Islands — offering the chance to work with incredible local ingredients and cuisines along the way.
You will be preparing healthy, varied meals for a crew of 12+ and assist the Head Chef during guest and owner service. This is a hands-on galley role where versatility, organization, and a genuine passion for food are key.
Ideal Candidate:
1–2 years’ experience in yachting on a similar-sized vessel preferred
Strong background in high-end or diverse land-based kitchens welcomed
Confident in producing balanced, flavorful meals for an active crew
Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented with an eagerness to learn
