Chief Stewardess – 50m+ Private Vessel (Runs to Charter Standard) - start date January
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess with a minimum of two years’ proven experience in the role on board a 50m+ yacht. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who leads from the front, supports their team, and is confident working within established systems and high service standards.
The vessel runs to charter-level expectations despite being private, with a strong focus on consistency, presentation, and detail. Each meal is tablescaped, all items are inventoried, and standards across the interior are expected to remain at the highest level. The owners are active, particular yet reasonable, and often include crew in excursions. When guests are not on board, the team benefits from a good balance of downtime.
The interior team consists of four: Chief Stew, 2nd Stew, and two Stewardesses. This is a demanding yet rewarding position for a professional who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working as part of a close-knit crew.
