Our beautiful 55m Private/Charter yacht is now searching for a FEMALE Sous Chef to join our well-established Galley and Interior Team.
The Yacht is currently completing a big yard period and haul out in Genoa, Italy. We will cross to Antigua around 20th November, to prep for a two-week charter with repeat clients who were previously VERY generous. Followed by a two-week Owners trip (lovely Owners!). We will then standby for Charters in February in St Kitts and Nevis, then to WPB for the Palm Beach Boat Show (B1B2 NECESSARY), then to Bahamas followed by Atlantic crossing back to the Med for a busy Med season!
We are a crew of thirteen, the galley department consists of a Head Chef and Sous Chef and we are an interior team of four.
We are looking for a genuinely nice person who is hard working, happy and experienced! Someone who takes pride in their work and who also takes initiative. Someone who is creative and has a great book of recipes to keep things new and exciting for the crew. We want someone with inspiration and a creative flare! The candidate must be humble and able to take direction from a very experienced, Male Head Chef who has over two decades of knowledge - you will learn a lot in this role from a fantastic, organized leader.
We are a tight-knit, active bunch who have big goals – we are all saving for property, land, stocks and businesses so someone with a similar outlook would be ideal.
Non-smokers who lead an active, healthy lifestyle who enjoy being docked and exploring new places and fitness routines will enjoy this vessel. We have zero tolerance for excessive alcohol intake and drug abuse.
MUST BE FEMALE DUE TO CABIN ARRANGEMENTS
MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN YACHTING ON SIMILAR SIZED VESSELS
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF - STCW, ENG1, B1B2, SHIPS COOK CERT and FOOD AND HYGEINE L2
PACKAGE - $5,000USD PER MONTH | 100% EQUAL SHARE OF GRATUITY | 48 DAYS LEAVE PER YEAR
