100m+ Private yacht is looking for a SPA Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong all-round spa knowledge, professionalism, and initiative to oversee the spa’s setup and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Create and implement SOPs, manage inventory, and coordinate spa orders
- Skilled in a wide range of massage techniques, including lymphatic drainage
- Confident with facials and nail services, particularly Russian manicure
- Experienced in hair care and styling
- Discreet, calm under pressure, and guest-focused with excellent presentation

Requirements:
-Previous experience as Spa Manager or Lead Therapist on 80m+ yachts or in luxury spas
Itinerary: Extremely busy worldwide cruising
Leave: 120 days/year
Start date: ASAP. Candidates needs to be ready to fly within the next few days.
