100m+ Private yacht is looking for a Head of Housekeeping with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in rank.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Strong leadership and organisational skills; able to create and manage work lists, schedules, and daily checklists. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Confident in the care and maintenance of high-end materials and finishes. Excellent product knowledge and experience with inventory control, stock management, and uniform administration. Comfortable with administrative duties while equally hands-on with the team in day-to-day maintenance tasks.
A positive, energetic leader who can motivate and train junior team members to a high standard.
The right candidate will be adaptable and confident in managing from-scratch setups, while remaining hands-on and approachable. Someone who leads by example, maintains impeccable standards, and supports the team through training and clear communication.
You’ll be joining a supportive, active crew with a fantastic dynamic and opportunities for growth.
Itinerary: Extremely busy worldwide cruising
Leave: 90 days/year
Start date: ASAP. Candidates need to be ready to fly within the next few days.
