Summary
100m+ Private yacht is looking for a Lead Deckhand with a minimum of 3 years yachting experience and 1 year as Lead Deckhand on board a 70m+ M/Y. The successful candidate should be adaptable, calm and organized in order to manage a large team and train junior crew. You must be confident with all aspects of exterior maintenance and a confident large tender driver for tenders up to 40ft. Experience in water-sports, fishing and free-diving would be an advantage.
Itinerary: Extremely busy worldwide cruising
Leave: 90 days/year
Start date: ASAP. Candidates needs to be ready to fly within the next few days.
