Sous Chef – 64m Private/Charter – Dual Season
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a 64m dual-season private and charter motor yacht with an ASAP start (ideally within a week).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established program offering a great balance of charter and private use — roughly 10–12 weeks of charter and 8 weeks of owner trips per year.
The Head Chef is only onboard for trips, so the Sous Chef will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the galley, including provisioning and crew meals for 18 crew. During guest trips, you’ll assist the Head Chef as required.
We are seeking someone motivated, well-organised, and confident running a galley independently. Either female or male candidates will be considered, but you must hold a B1/B2 visa in hand.
Package:
- Salary: $5,000–$6,000 DOE
