150’ private/charter yacht seeking an experienced Bosun with strong tender-driving skills and proven deck leadership. Full-time, live-aboard position.

Requirements:
• 2–3 years on 130’+ yachts, at least 1 year in lead deck role
• Valid B1/B2 visa, STCW, and ENG1
• Excellent tender-driving skills (large center consoles/high-performance tenders)
• Confident with docking, anchoring, and guest transfers
• Strong deck maintenance and team-management ability
• Professional, positive attitude and calm under pressure
Preferred:
• Watersports/towable toy experience
• PWC instructor or boat-handling certificates
