Summary
We are seeking a Bosun / Second Officer to join a 60m private motor yacht currently based in Turkey and red sea.
This is a 90% Deck role, ideal for a strong and motivated individual to lead and support the deck team while also holding bridge watch responsibilities. It presents a great opportunity for an experienced Bosun or Lead Deckhand holding an OOW <3000GT looking to step up into a 2nd Officer position.
The yacht is well-managed with a positive and stable crew culture focused on professionalism, teamwork, and longevity.
Requirements:
- OOW <3000GT (essential)
- Strong tender driving and watersports experience
- Proven leadership on deck and a proactive work ethic
Package:
- Salary: €5,000 per month
- Leave: 60 days per annum
- Start Date: Early November
