BOSUN – 100M NEW BUILD
We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join a 100m new build, launching in July 2026. This is a private dual-season program, with summers in the Med and winters likely in the States/Caribbean. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new Feadship with exceptional standards and finish.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong hands-on deck experience with several years as Bosun - not a first Bosun role.
- New build experience highly advantageous.
- Career-focused Bosun with proven longevity and leadership experience.
- Excellent team management and communication skills.
- Highly skilled in tender driving and deck maintenance.
- Yachtmaster qualification is a bonus but not essential.
- B1/B2 visa preferred but not essential.
Package:
- Leave: 2:2 rotation
- Salary: Competitive (TBC)
- Bonus scheme.
