We are currently recruiting for a Bosun to join a Charter M/Y. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience operating large tenders and strong water sports capabilities. They should demonstrate confident leadership, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude that complements the existing crew dynamic. A solid understanding of deck maintenance and prior shipyard experience is highly regarded. We’re looking for someone with a proactive mindset, a strong work ethic, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and contributing to the team. Excellent references are essential and proven longevity is valued.
Salary: 4000-4700 EUR doe
