Worthy Management is seeking a qualified OOW to join a professional and dynamic 40m+ dual-season motor yacht currently preparing to cross to the U.S. The vessel runs a busy private and charter schedule with a hands-on, positive crew culture and exceptionally high standards onboard.
Requirements:
- OOW Unlimited or 3000 GT CoC
- STCW (including Designated Security Duties)
- Valid ENG1 (min. 6 months)
- B1/B2 visa in hand
- Proven deck operations experience on vessels 50m+
- Confident tender driver and team player with a proactive attitude
Preferred:
- Additional skills such as diving, fishing, or watersports support
