Worthy Management is seeking an experienced yet down-to-earth 3rd Stewardess / Masseuse to join a world-class private and charter program crossing to the U.S. this fall. The vessel maintains exceptionally high standards while fostering a youthful, team-oriented culture onboard.
About the Role
This is a dual interior and wellness position, ideal for a confident, qualified masseuse who thrives in an energetic charter environment. You’ll support a hands-on interior team while providing professional massage services during guest and charter periods. Another therapist caters exclusively to the owners, so this role focuses on charter guests and visiting parties.
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, adaptability, and pride in their work. A motivated team player who enjoys both guest interaction and interior excellence will fit seamlessly within this dynamic crew of nine.
Languages: Fluent English (native preferred)
Preferred Nationalities: South African, Australian, or British (others considered)
Personality Fit: Energetic, humble, and service-minded with a strong eye for detail
Other: Non-smoker; visible tattoos acceptable pending captain’s approval
Mandatory Requirements
- Qualified masseuse with confidence in Swedish, deep tissue, and ideally sports massage techniques
- STCW Basic Safety Training
- Designated Security Duties (DSD)
- ENG1 (valid minimum 6 months)
- Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2
- Valid B1/B2 visa
- Female only due to cabin arrangements
