Summary
Döhle Yacht Crew are seeking a motivated and capable Sous Chef for a 90m charter motor yacht. This is a 2:2 rotational position, working alongside the current Sous Chef.
Over the winter period, the Sous Chef will be solely responsible for provisioning and preparing meals for 15–20 crew. During the busy Mediterranean charter season, a seasonal Head Chef will join the vessel, and the Sous Chef will assist with guest meal preparation while continuing to manage crew meals.
Due to cabin arrangements, this position is open to male candidates only. The role offers a salary of €4,000 per month, with shared tips during charter.
This opportunity would suit a candidate coming from a larger yacht, with some industry experience, who is looking to step up in responsibility and gain valuable experience on the path to becoming a Head Chef.
