The programme will feature a busy Caribbean season with regular family trips
We are looking for a respectful, mature, and proactive Deckhand who’s keen to get involved across all departments and contribute positively to the team dynamic. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for stability and professional growth on a world-class programme.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 1 year on a yacht 75m+ (ideally busy private or charter)
- Must hold a Yachtmaster Offshore and Nav Watch Rating
- B1/B2 visa in hand
- Strong tender driving skills – experience with tenders over 12m
- Confident in guest interaction and family-style service environments
- Bonus: A keen interest in golf is a plus
- Male only due to cabin arrangements
Package:
- Salary: $4,000 USD
- Rotation: 4:2
- Training: Fantastic and Generous training package
- Two annual performance based bonuses + longevity bonus after 1 year
- Start Date: TBC – January 2026
