We are looking for an experienced Lead Deckhand to join a stunning 55m+ private motor yacht with adventurous worldwide cruising
This is a very active, adventurous and family focused programme with plenty of watersports and land excursions.
You will be joining a like wise crew of 15 with excellent longevity and a strong team spirit onboard.
The Ideal Candidate
The right candidate will be an all-rounder with strong maintenance, excellent tender driving experience, and a solid understanding of deck operations.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum Yachtmaster Offshore
- Large tender driving experience
- Positive, approachable personality with previous leadership experience
- Strong maintenance and varnishing experience
- Enjoys watersports and outdoor activities - Additional skills are highly sought after (Diving, Watersports Instructor, Sailing, Videography, PT)
- Holds B1/B2 Visa, EU Passport/Right to enter to UK
