Summary

We are seeking an energetic carpenter or boatbuilder to join our professional, multinational deck team onboard a very busy polar operating charter yacht.

The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in high end carpentry, a boatyard, or technical trades. We are open to green yachties coming from a tradie background with personal on-water experience who wish to get an initial step in the industry.

This is a permanent rotational position: averaging 3 months on, 6 weeks off with some variations due to remote cruising areas. Busy private & charter programme for 2026/7 operating initially in the Arctic.

Tender driving experience beneficial, appetite for cold weather essential.

Male only due to cabin arrangements.

Joining mid march in western Europe or sooner if mutually beneficial.
