Summary
We are seeking a temporary Third Officer for a Private/Charter polar operating expedition vessel.
The ideal candidate will have a background as OOW in commercial expedition or passenger vessels in high latitudes with experience operating in ice.
This will be on a temporary contract for the Arctic season, Starting mid March to late May, with the possibility to run on depending on charter bookings & ice conditions.
The opportunity to return for the winter Antarctic season will also be available for the right candidate.
OOW Unlimited & Basic Polar Certificate required. Ice experience, tender driving ability & HLO preferred.
Successful candidate will be joining an established, highly professional and dynamic multinational yacht crew, with a busy charter season ahead.
