Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join a dynamic galley team aboard an 85m motor yacht currently in the Mediterranean. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of yachting experience and a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. In this permanent position, you will work alongside a team of four, assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for both crew and guests. Responsibilities will include supporting the head chef in menu planning, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent culinary skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Immediate availability is preferred.
