We are looking for a confident and creative Head of Service ready to lead from the front on a world-class, busy charter yacht with an incredible reputation
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering five-star experiences with flair. From elegant silver service and formal dining to themed nights, buffets, and imaginative cocktails. You’ll be part of a dynamic interior team of 12 (with 4 in service depending on rotation), ensuring service runs seamlessly while bringing your own personality and creativity to every guest interaction.
The ideal candidate:
Mature, polished, and outgoing - someone who can set the tone for your team while keeping the atmosphere light, professional, and fun. You’ll be working with lovely, friendly American owners who appreciate initiative, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Must have 2nd Stew or Head of Service experience!!

- 95+ m private/charter yacht with a stellar reputation
- Dual-season program
- Based in Spain until early December, then Caribbean
- Two-week Christmas & NYE charter already booked
- Caribbean winter plans
The crew:
A friendly, down-to-earth team who value health, balance, and good vibes. Think gym sessions, golf days, crew dinners, and the occasional girls’ night. Not a heavy party boat, but a genuinely supportive environment where everyone gets along. Many of the team have been on board for over two years, which speaks volumes about the culture.
