Summary
Temporary 2nd Engineer required for a 65m M/Y for an upcoming crossing
- Temp contract between 4 - 12 weeks
- Assisting the Chief Engineer with all aspects of engine room operation, maintenance, and watchkeeping during the crossing
- Supporting planned maintenance and monitoring of systems and machinery performance
- Ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant engineering operations throughout the voyage
- Working closely with the Chief Engineer and crew to maintain smooth and professional operations
- Applicants should hold a minimum 2nd class ticket
- Previous experience on similar-sized yachts or commercial vessels preferred
- Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude required
- Must be organised, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- B1/B2 is essential
- Start date: 25th October
- A day rate of €250-€300 DOE is on offer
