Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sous/2nd Chef to join our team on an 89m motor yacht located in Spain (Winter 2025/26), operating on a rotational schedule of 2:2. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals for the crew, while also showcasing a variety of cuisines and accommodating dietary restrictions. Your key duties will include managing crew provisioning, overseeing budget and stock control. Over the winter, you will be the sole chef on board. However, during charters, you will be collaborating closely with the Head Chef to ensure high-quality meal service for both guests and crew. Ideal candidates will have experience on yachts over 60M and exhibit strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene is essential. This position requires a hands-on approach to all tasks and an active lifestyle. Due to cabin arrangements, this role is open to male candidates only. All candidates must hold a Ship's Cook certificate and Level 3 Food & Hygiene qualifications.
