HEAD CHEF REQUIRED FOR A 70M+ PRIVATE/CHARTER MOTOR YACHT (NON-ROTATIONAL)

We are looking for an experienced and exceptional Head Chef with proven longevity and good references. You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience on yachts plus a good culinary background. The vessel runs with a crew of 20 and has a strong Sous Chef. Candidates applying must have previous charter experience, head chef experience on 45m+ and a flexible attitude.
This is a role for a chef who has the ability to manage his/her own time. He/she needs to be onboard for all charters/owners’ trips and can come and go as he/she wishes in-between. You should be able to take 3-4 months’ vacation a year (and work 8-9 months a year) and if there are any trips you are not able to do the previous chef may be able to stand in.
