Summary
A busy 45m+ commercial motor yacht with a strong charter program and an established, professional crew is seeking a hands-on, experienced female Bosun to join the team ahead of the Caribbean season. The yacht runs a high-standard operation with a focus on service, teamwork, and guest experience.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience on vessels 40m+
Previous Bosun or Lead Deckhand experience preferred
Yacht Master Commercially endorsed (or equivalent) required
Jet Ski Instructor certificate a plus
Confident tender driver (guest transfers, beach runs)
Excellent knowledge of deck maintenance and products
Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic
Non-smoker, fluent in English
Must be female due to cabin arrangements
