Summary
Burgess Recruitment is seeking a Purser for a 90+m private motor yacht.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a Purser on a 70m+ yacht
- Purely administrative role - no interior management duties
- Strong accountancy background
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Competent in financial reporting, purchasing, crew administration, and logistics coordination
- Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- All standard yachting certificates (STCW, ENG1, etc.)
Start: 31 October 2025
Location: Europe
Salary: Industry standard
Leave: time for time rotation
