Captain & Stewardess/Cook Couple — 34m Motor Yacht (Mediterranean)
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and professional couple to join a private 34m motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean. This is a full-time position for a team who take pride in running a well-presented, efficiently managed vessel and delivering a high standard of service to an involved but respectful owner.
Position Overview
Captain (minimum 500GT)
- Responsible for the safe operation, navigation, and management of the yacht.
- Hands-on approach to deck operations, maintenance, and itinerary planning.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a calm, professional demeanor.
- Previous command experience on vessels of similar size essential.
- Experience with Mediterranean cruising and solid engineering knowledge advantageous.
Stewardess/Cook
- Capable of running the interior to a high standard, managing housekeeping, laundry, provisioning, and guest service.
- Confident family-style cook able to prepare fresh, healthy meals and cater to varied preferences.
- Friendly, discreet, and well-organized, with good longevity and teamwork.
Ideal Candidates
- Established couple with proven longevity and strong references.
- Mature, trustworthy, and self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Well-presented, with a focus on professionalism and maintaining a happy onboard environment.
- EU passport or Schengen visa preferred.
