We’re looking for an experienced Lead Deckhand to join the deck team of a professionally operated 80m private motor yacht. This position offers potential to grown and develop and the chance to work within a professional, motivated crew.

The right candidate will:

1. • Have solid experience in deck operations, maintenance, and detailing
2. • Display excellent seamanship and strong tender driving skills
3. • Be confident running watersports setups and guest activities
4. • Support the Bosun and take charge confidently in his absence
5. • Maintain a professional and proactive attitude at all times

Minimum Requirements:

1. • Valid STCW & ENG1
2. • RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
3. • PWC License/Instructor
4. • 2 years+’ experience

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
