Summary
Position: Senior/Lead Deckhand
Salary: €3,500 p/m
Rotation: Permanent 5:1
Contract: MLC Compliant
Start Date: End of January
We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Deckhand to join a professionally run private yacht.
The successful candidate will:
• Be well-versed in all deck operations and maintenance (Painting, Varnishing etc)
• Demonstrate excellent seamanship and tender driving skills (10m+ experience preferred)
• Confidently lead watersports activities
• Support the Bosun in daily operations and step up in his absence
Minimum Requirements:
• Valid STCW and ENG1
• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
• PWC Instructor/License advantageous
• At least 2 years experience on large yachts in a deck role
• Strong tender driving & watersports background
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude
