Seeking an experienced Sous Chef/Crew Chef to join a dynamic galley team on a busy program
Exciting opportunity for a motivated chef who enjoys cooking a variety of healthy, high-quality meals for an active crew
Assisting the Head Chef during owner trips and charters
Prepare diverse and nutritious meals for crew, accommodating a wide range of dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, pescatarian, etc.)
Capable of maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organized galley
Willingness to learn and develop under an experienced Head Chef
Positive, team-oriented attitude with the flexibility to meet changing itineraries
Previous experience as a Crew Chef or Sous Chef on a similar-sized yacht required
B1/B2 already in hand ideally, but not mandatory
60 days leave
