Crew Chef – Private 50m M/Y
We are seeking a motivated and well-organised Crew Chef to join a 50m private motor yacht for the winter period. This is a seasonal position offering stability in port, with the vessel based in Italy. You will be responsible for preparing healthy, well-balanced meals for the crew, ensuring variety and catering to dietary needs.
Start date: 20 October 2025 – April 2026
Itinerary: Italy (winter in port)
Package: Salary paid in Euros, leave included
Experience/Skills required:
• Minimum 1 season’s experience as a Crew Chef on a yacht or similar hospitality background
• Strong knowledge of nutritious and varied crew cooking
• Ability to manage galley provisioning and stock control independently
• Good organisational skills and ability to maintain cleanliness in the galley
• Positive and professional attitude, able to work within a small team
Qualifications required:
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate
• Food hygiene certification (valid)
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
