The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a busy 50M+ private and charter yacht with an exciting itinerary. The yacht runs with an interior team of three, so the role requires an all-rounder who is confident in both service and housekeeping. The candidate should be comfortable stepping up to oversee the interior when the Chief Stew is assisting the main vessel and must be highly adaptable when supporting across different duties. Ideally, you will bring strong charter experience, a positive and energetic personality, and the ability to work well in a close-knit team. A background in boats around 60-70M would be beneficial, as the role involves liaising with and helping the main vessel. Candidates with a PADI diving qualification, as well as interests in yoga or Pilates, will stand out. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fit, active, and bubbly stewardess who thrives in busy, adventurous programs and is ready to step up in responsibility.
