Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as sole Chef on yachts of similar size and guest profile
- Strong foundation in Mediterranean cuisine (Italian, French, Greek, Spanish)
- Capable of designing and executing menus tailored to private and charter guests, including dietary adaptations
- Skilled in provisioning, budgeting, and managing galley operations under way and at anchor
- Able to deliver consistent, high-quality cuisine during busy guest weeks
- Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, food safety, and galley organization
- Excellent communication skills; confident working closely with Owner, Captain, and guests
- Collaborative mindset with a positive, hands-on, and proactive approach
